Power Purchase Agreements
A Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) is a contract between Green Warrior and its On-Site Energy System™ (OES) customers that specifies the terms under which the customer buys the power produced by the Green Warrior OES.
Clean Energy, Cheaper Energy
With a Green Warrior PPA, customers can save significantly on their energy expenses by locking in lower electricity rates over the life of the agreement. Currently, Green Warrior sells the power sold through the PPA at an initial discount of 20% less than the customer’s annualized electricity bill. This is made possible through a combination of factors, including the efficiency and output of the OES, optimization of power consumed by the facility with SolarAssist™ and PowerWarrior™ technologies, and other factors that contribute to more energy-efficient operations at the host facility.
Comprehensive Energy Savings Report
Prior to entering into a PPA with a customer, Green Warrior will produce a comprehensive energy savings report. Created by the company’s engineering team, this report that takes into account the feasibility of an OES, the expected output of the system, historical energy consumption records of the host site and other engineering factors that are important in determining a customer’s total prospective energy savings using Green Warrior’s clean energy technologies.
Save Up To 40% or More Over Time
Utilities impose rate hikes that historically range from 3.5% to as much as 5% a year. With the protection and savings afforded by Green Warrior’s PPA, customers pay less per year than their neighbors. On average, PPA customers pay 20% less in the first year of the agreement, but can pay as much as 40% less than other customers who rely solely on utility power within ten years.
